Outdoor Living Installer / Crew – Patio Covers & Screen Rooms
About The Position
American Home Design is seeking experienced independent Outdoor Living Installers and installation crews to complete projects throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. If you have experience installing patio covers, screen rooms, sunrooms, decks, or similar outdoor living products, we'd like to talk with you. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Contractors provide their own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew as applicable. Project availability and earnings are not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary based on projects accepted and completed, project volume, scope of work, availability, experience, and other factors. Any performance incentive payments are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of American Home Design's Independent Contractor Performance Incentive Program.
Requirements
- Experience with patio covers, screen rooms, sunrooms, decks, carpentry, remodeling, or similar residential construction
- Strong carpentry and construction skills
- Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install accurately
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Professional customer communication and jobsite conduct
- Truck and trailer suitable for installation work
- Necessary tools and equipment
Nice To Haves
- Two-person crews preferred
