About The Position

The Lehigh Valley Ironpigs strive to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest every time. This role is responsible for the in-seat food and beverage service at specific locations within the ballpark, including the Pig Pen and Cabanas. The position involves maintaining service stations, receiving and inputting orders, and delivering food and beverage requests accurately and in a timely manner, with a significant amount of fan interaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to stand for an extended amount of time
• Ability to lift 10-25 pounds on occasion
• Comfortable dealing with large crowds

Nice To Haves

• Previous Waiting / Bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the in-seat food and beverage service at specific locations
• Maintain service station, before, during and after game to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness for next shift
• Receive and input order from guest into point of sale terminal
• Delivering their food and beverage requests within a timely and accurate manner.
• Lots of fan interaction!
