About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outdoor Cleaning Maintenance Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams across various locations in Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown. This full-time position requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can ensure efficient operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. The role involves managing a team, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and possess a valid New York Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Requirements

  • Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job
  • Must be a New York City resident and possess a New York Drivers License
  • Must have clean driving records and provide a NYS DMV Abstract Driving Record
  • Must pass a drug test
  • Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
  • Ability to work outdoors from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • Must be age 18 or over
  • Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to flexible in the location assigned each week
  • Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Tech savvy with iPads
  • MUST have valid NYS Driver License and a clean driving record with two years of driving experience in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals for performance that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to cleaners
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Responsible for company vehicle and equipment
  • Train new employees
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
