Piedmont Wildlife Center is seeking Outdoor Camp Counselors to join their team. This role involves leading nature-based day camps for children ages 5-12. Counselors will co-lead a group of up to 15 campers, along with a teen Counselor-in-Training (CIT). The position focuses on facilitating engaging, hands-on activities that foster curiosity, environmental awareness, and a connection to the natural world. Counselors are responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and fun outdoor learning environment, supporting group dynamics, and addressing individual camper needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sharing their skills in education, outdoor survival, ecology, or storytelling to help campers develop their own connection to nature and inspire them to protect the environment.
