The Outdoor Adventure Facilitator is tasked with consistently delivering quality outdoor experiences through activities, programs, and special events, while supporting our mission of “Building girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.” The Outdoor Facilitator is trained in a variety of areas to include archery, backpacking, hiking, high ropes course, horseback riding, low ropes course, outdoor survival skills, paddle sports, rappelling, swimming, and team building techniques. This position is seasonal, with dates of employment approximately August-November and March-May. This is a safety sensitive position.
