Outbound Warehouse Associate | 2nd Shift

The Order Selector role is a full-time position on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, or until completion. The primary responsibilities include receiving and transporting products, picking and assembling orders, and preparing goods for shipment. This role requires accuracy in receipt and shipment, proper handling of merchandise, and knowledge of common practices in the redistribution field.
Requirements
- 1-year previous warehouse experience
- 1-year previous forklift experience, and ability to follow all safety protocols
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. frequently
- Comfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
- Comfortable with heights
Responsibilities
- Receives and transports products to appropriate locations.
- Picks products, assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
- Ensures accurate receipt/shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise.
- Operates different types of forklifts including stand-up, and order picker.
- Utilizes RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
- Receives, picks and/or transports product throughout warehouse according to company standards.
- Stacks, palletizes, totes, and/or stores product in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintains shipping, receiving and inventory records through proper documentation.
- Maintains organization and warehouse cleanliness.
- Responsible for all warehouse safety protocols including, but not limited to utilizing PPE and performing safety checks on all powered equipment.
