Requirements
- Electrical, Contractor and/or distribution experience preferred, but not required
- High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
- 1 - 3 years of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in warehouse environment, if needed
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare electrical products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, and destination.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized shipping areas and ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve order discrepancies or shipping issues.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
