About The Position
The Selector I plays a vital role in the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position involves selecting and staging products for delivery, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of orders for shipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-1 years of experience
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and staging orders.
- Safety Awareness: Strong awareness of safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of heavy objects.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach frequently.

Responsibilities
- Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using pick sheets or other order fulfillment systems.
- Ensure the correct quantity and quality of products are selected for each order.
- Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner.
- Report any discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
