This is a full-time, in-office position, starting at 30–35 hours per week , with opportunities to increase to 40+ hours and transition into partial work-from-home after onboarding and proven performance. As our Outbound Sales Rep - CSR, you'll make calls to homeowners from provided lists, introducing our HVAC services and promotions while building rapport. You'll guide conversations to schedule appointments, identify opportunities for our VIP Membership program, and document interactions in our CRM. Focus on activity and booking goals, maintain a professional phone presence, and contribute directly to company growth. WHO ARE WE? Requirements

  • Proven experience making outbound calls to cold lists
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center experience
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
