About The Position

Guaranteed Service provides residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout New Jersey and Staten Island. We take pride in delivering quality service with professionalism and care, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and helping create a smooth service experience.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and friendly phone presence
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Weekend availability (as needed)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments
  • Make outbound calls for maintenance visits and follow-ups
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Keep customer records and appointments organized
  • Assist with on-call responsibilities as needed
