Requirements

HS/GED
Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

1+ year of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, energetic, professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners across the United States.
The goal of these calls is to request merchant processing statements so sales consultants can review them for potential savings and services.
