As an Outbound Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the leadership of our fulfillment operations. Your mission is to lead all aspects of our fulfillment teams, run capacity planning, and craft innovative operational policies. You'll be pivotal in promoting organizational excellence, bringing forward initiatives like cultural evolution, talent development, and performance benchmarking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing operations, including experience leading managers or supervisors
  • Proven ownership mentality, with the ability to identify gaps, take initiative, and drive solutions from concept through execution
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and engaging teams at multiple levels
  • Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement scalable process improvements
  • Track record of delivering measurable results in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Experience leading change and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams
  • Experience building team culture and driving employee engagement

Responsibilities

  • Set the bar high by nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and tangible results within your teams.
  • Develop dynamic policies and processes to cultivate top-tier performers in our fulfillment center.
  • Ensure we scale effectively to meet customer demand, fostering growth and mentorship within our teams.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain process discipline organization-wide.
  • Collaborate with Production Control for strategic capacity planning and spearhead department KPI achievements.
  • Champion best practices in change management and communication to foster alignment across the board.
  • Enhance cross-functional, inter-departmental, and cross-shift collaboration through structured processes and communication channels.
  • Instill precision in fulfillment operations, being responsible for hiring and training of department leads and supervisors.
  • Lead performance and employee matters, ensuring adherence to company policies consistently and equitably.
  • Elevate customer satisfaction through strategic policy and procedure innovation, influencing company-wide communications.
  • Continuously enhance Health, Safety, and Environmental standards with a keen focus on ergonomics.
  • Support fellow Senior Managers during their time-off, contributing as a backup leader.
  • Address other projects as they arise and contribute to team evolution.
