The Outbound Manager oversees the facility's outbound operations, including order picking, consolidation, packing, and loading for both ground shipping and common carrier shipments. The main objective of the Outbound leadership team is to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining high safety, quality, and service standards. The Outbound Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize processes, and ensure effective staffing and workflow coordination. This role collaborates closely with other department leaders and shift management to maintain compliance with all protocols and SOPs, resolve operational challenges, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
