You will be primarily responsible for all outbound appointment setting functions, including optimizing outreach to leads in our CRM and managing communication across our sales funnels. You will work closely with the Inbound Appointment Setter Manager, Closers, Sales Operations, and the rest of the sales leadership team. This is not a nine to five role. Our business operates seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard, and we expect daily leadership presence in some form. You will ensure the team is hitting schedules, availability, and outbound volume expectations, maintaining energy and motivation throughout their shifts, including weekends. This role is for someone who knows how to do the job and can teach it to others. You must have prior experience in appointment setting, ideally with leadership experience over a small team, and be ready to support performance at any time.
