What This Role Is All About Likewize is searching for an Outbound Logistics Clerk to join our Shipping & Receiving team onsite at our Flower Mound distribution center. In this role, you’ll keep outbound orders on track, share updates, and make sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’ll be the bridge between the warehouse and sales teams to help deliver a smooth customer experience from pick to ship. This entry-level role is the perfect segway into the world of supply chain for someone that is customer-focused, a strong communicator, and eager to learn and grow. Your Key Areas of Focus Be the go-to for the warehouse and sales team, helping everyone involved stay on the same page with outbound orders Work closely with shipping and receiving coordinators to check where orders are and what’s coming next Release and drop daily outbound orders so the warehouse can get to work Pull order allocations from the system and make sure everything is ready to go Prep and organize daily paperwork for fulfillment pickers (you’ll help set them up for success) Keep an eye on order progress and flag updates or issues as they come up Share order status updates with our sales teams through clear, professional emails Help catch potential order issues early so orders stay on track and customers stay satisfied What We’re Looking For A customer-service oriented mindset — you’re known for building trust with internal and external stakeholders and can communicate with them effectively Someone comfortable with writing emails in a professional and prompt manner Experience having your hands on Microsoft Office tools including Outlook and Excel The ability to be organized, adaptable, and team-oriented in a fast-paced logistics environment A quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow A willingness to help the Shipping & Receiving team on the warehouse floor when an extra hand is needed Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future Extra Skills We’d Love to See Previous professional experience in a warehouse and/or sales environment A high school diploma or equivalent A basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems Get To Know Us The world runs on connected devices.
