The Outbound Logistics Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the Logistics administrative team to ensure efficient and accurate customer order fulfillment, load and capacity planning, personnel management, and supply chain optimization. This role is responsible for leading daily outbound operations, ensuring bestâinâclass service delivery, maintaining a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Outbound Logistics Supervisor monitors and reports on key performance metrics, executes continuous improvement projects, manages daily staffing and workload requirements, and implements corrective actions to address performance gaps. Success in this role requires strong crossâfunctional collaboration with internal teams including Logistics, Production, Finished Goods Planning, Finishing, Quality Assurance, and Sales, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with external warehousing providers and freight carriers.
