About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end outbound product flow across various shipping methods, coordinating pick-ups, resolving delays, and ensuring delivery confirmations. The analyst will also prepare necessary shipping documentation for cross-border shipments, create shipping labels, and maintain office shipping supplies. Additionally, the position involves monitoring and analyzing freight spend to identify cost-saving opportunities, updating transportation cost dashboards, and reconciling carrier invoices. The role also includes performing monthly inventory reconciliations between warehouses and internal systems, troubleshooting issues with carriers and the Trax system, and collaborating on transportation emissions control initiatives to support sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end outbound product flow across air, ocean, rail, and truck shipping.
Coordinate outbound order pick-ups, resolve delays, and ensure Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
Prepare shipping documentation for cross-border shipments, including customs declarations for shipments over $2,000 from Canada.
Create shipping labels for inter-departmental requests and PPI return labels.
Maintain office shipping supplies and manage carrier portals for batch shipments.
Monitor and analyze freight spend; identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
Update outbound costs on the Outbound Cost Dashboard and maintain Power BI dashboards for transportation cost visibility.
Perform outbound transportation cost savings analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Update outbound accruals and submit to Finance.
Upload match files and clear exceptions in Trax; create rules when required.
Reconcile carrier open invoices with Trax.
Assist in preparing annual outbound and office shipping budgets; provide monthly cost reports.
Perform monthly inventory reconciliation between warehouses and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
Troubleshoot issues with carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
Troubleshoot system issues with Trax by creating tickets and following up for resolution.
Collaborate on transportation emissions control initiatives to support sustainability goals.
