As an Outbound Call Center - Pre Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our services, and generating leads that fuel our sales pipeline. • Must live and reside in one of the following states North Carolina South Carolina Georgia Texas Oklahoma Kansas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
