About The Position

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Out-patient Physical Therapist for positions open in Louisville, New Albany, Elizabethtown, Lexington, and Bardstown. Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), a comprehensive network including over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana. Requirements

• Current active or current temporary Kentucky or Indiana Physical Therapy License
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
