Out of School Enrichment Traveling Leader
About The Position
Be the reason a child can't wait to come back tomorrow. Love working with kids AND enjoy a little variety? As a Y-Club Traveling Leader, you'll be our go-to team member, trained at the Association level and ready to step in and support any of our 20 before- and after-school programs throughout Stark County. As a Y-Club Traveling Leader, you will lead groups of K–6 children, creating a safe, welcoming environment wherever you're needed. Jump into different Y-Club locations and lead fun, engaging activities that build friendships, confidence, and social-emotional skills. Be a dependable, flexible part of our Childcare team, getting to know kiddos and staff across multiple Stark County school districts.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Stark County
