Requirements

Experience within manufacturing environment preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Helps to qualify and select vendors
Analyze usage and give recommendations for components inventoried in the MRP system
Ensure items in Order Requests and Replenishments are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner
Watch for overdue purchase orders and update accordingly
Maintain the RFIG system
Process invoices daily through Counter Part accurately
Help maintain accuracy of all inventory databases
Ensure all PO’s issued have correct and accurate coding
Help establish accurate and maintainable inventory cycle count system
Monitor Counterpart for new jobs/items released
Other duties as assigned
