OTR Team Driver - CDL Class A - Penske Logistics
About The Position
Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers. Average team pay: $115000 per driver annually. Home weekly for dependable time off. Dedicated route with consistent miles and predictable scheduling. Driver referral bonus program up to $5000 per referral. You will drive a late model, Penske Truck Leasing sleeper truck with best-in-class specs designed for comfort, equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras, helping to ensure safety for all. What you will do: Deliver medical supplies on a dedicated route through Minnesota, Washington, and California. No‑touch freight. 4 layovers each week. Schedule: Home weekly. 5 days out with 4 layovers each week. Monday dispatch at 6:00 AM.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Must complete Penske employment application.
- Must submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history).
- Must submit to a drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medical supplies on a dedicated route through Minnesota, Washington, and California.
- Drive a late model, Penske Truck Leasing sleeper truck.
- Ensure safety for all by utilizing in-cab cameras.
- Adhere to all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
- Operate a motor vehicle legally and safely.
- Safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
