About The Position

This OTR (Over-the-Road) Lease Purchase Driver position offers a unique opportunity to own your truck in 14-48 months. Drivers are paid $1.05 per mile plus a fuel surcharge that adjusts weekly. A monthly bonus of $750 is available for maintaining 2,000+ safe miles per week. Drivers are paid on all miles, loaded and empty, and do not have a truck payment for the first two weeks. Fuel discounts are available at major truck stops. Weekly fixed costs include truck payment, license & permits, PrePass, physical damage insurance, bobtail insurance, and occupational accident insurance. The company covers costs for Qualcomm/ELD, fuel card, cargo insurance, liability insurance, Transflo, permits & IFTA. There is no forced dispatch, allowing drivers to decide their home time. Drivers can grow a small fleet within the company by adding a truck every 6 months. NAWP Health Insurance and a pet policy are available for owner operators. A rider policy is also available.

Requirements

Own your truck in 14-48 months through lease purchase program.
Maintain a minimum of 2,000 safe miles per week.
Possess a Qualcomm/ELD.
Ability to manage weekly fixed costs including truck payment, license, permits, and insurance.
Adhere to fuel discount program.
NAWP Health Insurance available for owner operators.

Responsibilities
