About The Position
As a team member in Fleet Maintenance, you will be a part of Carter Express’ competitive and lively work environment. Over The Road (OTR) Coordinators are the center of our driver’s success and play a vital role in the manufacturing of popular brands of vehicles seen on the road today. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Necessary processes to complete job are trained.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook email required.
- Must have the ability to learn new programs as necessary.
- Solid work history and willingness to successfully function in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in logistics is preferred.
- Previous working mechanical knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations are preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work independently and effectively and respectfully communicate within all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of TMW software is a plus.
