About The Position
Clean Harbors is looking for an OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Reidsville, NC. This route runs from Reidsville, NC to NJ/RI/MA/KY/OH/GA/TN. The position offers flexibility with 2-3 weeks out and an average of 2500-2700 miles per week. Drivers can expect to average $80-$110K per year, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus available. Home time is bi-weekly. Compensation includes hourly wages for all on-duty non-driving time and mileage pay.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Ability to drive 2500-2700 miles per week.
- Willingness to be out on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time.
- Must be safety conscious.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A Dry Van truck for Over-The-Road (OTR) routes.
- Transport goods between Reidsville, NC and various states including NJ, RI, MA, KY, OH, GA, and TN.
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Manage driving schedule to accommodate 2-3 weeks out on the road.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Accurate logging of driving time and mileage.
