About The Position

Experienced Regional CDL Truck Driver Class A – Drive the Mid-West and Be Home More! Your Road to Better Balance Starts Here. Are you an experienced Class A CDL Driver looking for steady regional routes with reliable home time? At PVS Metals, we’re seeking dependable and skilled drivers to handle deliveries across the Mid-West. Unlike traditional OTR, our regional drivers are only out 2–4 nights per week and home most weekends. If you want the satisfaction of driving with the stability of more time at home, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements
• 3–5 years of flatbed driving experience (steel hauling preferred)
• Knowledge of safe freight handling and load securement
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A safety-first mindset and the ability to work independently on the road
• Reliability – consistent attendance and punctuality
• Professionalism – represent the company with courtesy on every delivery
• Team Spirit – support fellow drivers and crews in meeting goals
• Record Keeping – maintain accurate route, hours, and delivery documentation

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A flatbed trucks across Mid-West regional routes, following all DOT, State, and Federal regulations
• Perform regular preventive maintenance checks and keep trucks in excellent condition
• Plan and execute deliveries efficiently, ensuring materials arrive safely and on time
• Act as the professional face of PVS Metals, building strong relationships with customers during deliveries

• Per Diem: Up to $75/night for overnight stays
