OTR CDL-A Drivers - Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed & Step Deck
About The Position
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) positions in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Step Deck. Drivers have the flexibility to choose between CPM or percentage pay. We offer competitive rates depending on the specialization: Dry Van Solo drivers can earn up to $0.70 CPM or 28% of gross revenue. Reefer Solo drivers can earn up to $0.73 CPM or 28% of gross revenue. Flatbed/Step Deck drivers can earn up to $0.80 CPM or 30% of gross revenue. Drivers can expect a typical schedule of 3-4 weeks out followed by 4-5 days home. Additional benefits include paid detention, layover, and additional stops. Drivers who stay out for 45 days will receive 5-7 days home and up to $150 reimbursement for airfare or truck parking. We operate newer Freightliner trucks (2022-2026) and have 2025 Volvo trucks available, all equipped with refrigerators and inverters. Freight is available in all 48 states.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and Medical Card.
- Minimum 6 months of experience.
- Ability to stay out for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Operate OTR trucks in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Step Deck capacities.
- Manage freight across all 48 states.
- Adhere to a typical schedule of 3-4 weeks out followed by 4-5 days home.
- Accept paid detention, layover, and additional stops.
- Maintain communication for weekly settlements.
