About The Position

This position is for an Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A Driver. The lane primarily serves South Dakota, Illinois, Iowa, and Texas. Drivers can expect to drive 2,500 – 2,700 miles per week, with a pay range of $1,188.00 - $1,800.00. The schedule is varied, with drivers typically home for 2-3 days after two weeks on the road. The freight is 90% drop and hook, with backhaul live load/unload. Drivers must possess a hazmat endorsement, and the cost for obtaining or maintaining it will be reimbursed. Experience in winder and cold weather driving is necessary, as is comfort with driving both day and night.

Requirements

• CDL-A license.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Experience in winder driving.

• Comfortable running days and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes primarily to SD, IL, IA, TX.
• Complete 2,500 – 2,700 miles per week.
• Manage 90% drop and hook freight with backhaul live load/unload.
• Maintain a varied schedule, being home 2-3 days after 2 weeks on the road.
• Operate vehicle safely in various weather conditions, including cold.
• Drive during both day and evening shifts.
