The Department of Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville is seeking a dynamic, visionary physician-leader at the non-tenure accruing levels of Clinical Associate or Professor level to serve as the Division Chief of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to lead the next strategic chapter of a growing division; scaling advanced specialties, directing clinical operations, and expanding our regional footprint across Northeast Florida. Following a highly successful rebuilding phase under transformational leadership, our robust division features comprehensive subspecialty programs in laryngology, otology/neurotology, rhinology, head and neck surgery, facial plastics and reconstruction. These clinical areas are supported by a strong, growing audiology program and integrated speech-language pathology resources. Additionally, the division hosts four non-ACGME fellowship positions and an expanding team of advanced practice providers. Appointed by and reporting directly to the Chair of the Department of Surgery, the Chief will serve as the senior administrative and clinical leader of the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for faculty recruitment and development, strategic program growth, and integrating multidisciplinary clinical teams across our academic medical center network.
