About The Position

Join the only established ENT practice serving the Nacogdoches market, offering a unique opportunity to build a strong referral base and make an immediate impact on patient access to specialty care. Nacogdoches ENT continues to experience significant growth potential in an underserved region. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow alongside a thriving practice while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This is an employed Otolaryngology opportunity with BHS Physician’s Network, Inc. The practice is located adjacent to Nacogdoches Medical Center. The clinical split is approximately 60% clinic and 40% operating room time. The call requirement is a minimum of 7 days per month. The average clinic volume is 20 to 25 patients per day. Typically, there are 3 to 10 surgical cases per day depending on case complexity and volume. Access to both Nacogdoches Medical Center and NMC Surgery Center (USPI) surgical facilities is available. The ENT clinic is equipped with advanced scopes, ultrasound, microscope, tympanometry, and surgical support technologies. Visa sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
  • Residency training in the U.S.
  • Comfortable providing a broad range of general ENT services.
  • Excellent clinical skills and communication skills.
  • Eligible to obtain a Texas medical license.
  • Must meet hospital and payer credentialing requirements.
  • Medical degree.
  • Licensed physician.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of general ENT services.
  • Perform approximately 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week.
  • Manage approximately 20 to 25 patients per day in clinic.
  • Perform 3 to 10 surgical cases per day depending on case complexity and volume.
  • Participate in a minimum call requirement of 7 days per month.
