About The Position
We are seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology for a Locum Tenens position in Portland, OR. This role involves providing outpatient clinical care for pediatric patients with ENT and Urology needs. The coverage period is from August 31, 2026, to February 26, 2027. The schedule is 4 days per week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This position is to cover a vacancy due to maternity/paternity leave. The agency will cover travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance.
Requirements
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
- Licensed in OR.
- DEA required.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in ENT required.
- EMR proficiency (Epic).

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinical care for pediatric ENT patients, including evaluation and management of tonsil, adenoid, and otitis media.
- Perform post-operative visits for pediatric urology patients.
- Conduct wound assessments and suture removal.
- Perform flexible endoscopy, nasal cautery, and foreign body removal as needed.
- Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and coordinate care with supervising physicians.
