We are seeking a Board eligible/certified Otologist to join a collaborative seven-provider ENT practice in the stunning Colorado Springs area. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Interest in practicing General ENT full-time
• Clean malpractice/license history
• Positive disciplinary history and a strong history of professional conduct
• Current NPDB Self Query Report
• DEA certification or willingness to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Active Colorado medical license (to be obtained prior to start)
• Active DEA license

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of specialists, including audiologists, physician assistants, and a dedicated nurse practitioner.
• Manage an otology practice with immediate patient volume and programmatic support.
• Expand a robust cochlear implant and bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA) program serving a large regional referral base.
• Practice in a modern facility with advanced surgical technology and in-suite audiology booths.
• Participate in balanced call responsibilities, ensuring work-life integration.
• Engage in a comprehensive ENT program supporting both Level I and Level III trauma centers.
• Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient management across the system.
