About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking Otolaryngologists (ENT Physicians) to join the Guthrie Clinic across locations in New York and Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected healthcare system offering comprehensive otolaryngology services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. In this role, physicians will diagnose and treat a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions while working alongside experienced specialists, advanced practice providers, and support staff. This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $480,000 to $570,000 annually based on experience , along with the ability to practice in a high-volume program committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Fellowship training in an ENT subspecialty is welcomed but not required.
• Less than one (1) year of professional experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active medical licensure in New York and/or Pennsylvania .
• Willingness to travel occasionally between clinical locations if needed.
