Job Summary
Acclaim Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our growing surgical team at JPS Health Network, a Level I Trauma Center and urban academic hospital in the heart of Fort Worth.
This role is ideal for an ENT surgeon with an interest in emergency and trauma otolaryngology, offering a dynamic mix of inpatient, emergency, trauma, and consultative care, with opportunities for teaching and academic involvement. You will work in a high-acuity environment alongside experienced trauma teams while maintaining a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
This is a full-time employed position with flexible scheduling considerations to support service needs, coverage, and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Current Medical Doctor (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Residency and/or Fellowship training within Otolaryngology.
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency ENT consultations for trauma patients with head and neck injuries
• Evaluate and manage acute otolaryngologic conditions, including airway emergencies, facial trauma, epistaxis, and complex ear/sinus infections
• Perform emergency and urgent surgical procedures, including: Tracheostomies
• Control of epistaxis
• Drainage of deep neck infections
• Facial laceration repairs
• Participate in trauma activations as needed
• Collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine, Trauma Surgery, Critical Care, and Anesthesia teams
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
• Participate in on-call coverage as agreed upon
• Work alongside 2 experienced NP/PAs providing support in clinic and the OR
• Engage in teaching and academic activities, as desired
