About The Position

Midwest Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Specialists is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Otolaryngologist to join their well-established, physician-led specialty practice in the Twin Cities. This is an opportunity to support growth in either the Pediatrics or Rhinology subspecialty practices. The Rhinology opportunity offers access to a dedicated outpatient surgery center with advanced technology and a neurosurgery partnership for complex cases. The Pediatrics opportunity provides a busy, high-demand practice with an established referral network, focusing on core pediatric ENT services with room for expansion based on interests.

Requirements

• Fellowship-Trained Otolaryngologist (ENT)
• Ability to support growth in either Pediatrics or Rhinology subspecialty practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Rhinology
• Experience in Pediatric Otolaryngology

Responsibilities

• Expand the growing rhinology practice.
• Collaborate on complex skull base surgical cases with neurosurgery.
• Care for a large volume of children needing core pediatric ENT services (ear tubes, tonsillectomies, and adenoidectomies).
• Expand into additional areas based on your interests within pediatric ENT.
• Impact and lead business operations within a collegial, physician-led practice.
