Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be available to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Retrieves OTC order forms and accurately picks products to fulfill patient orders.
• Packs OTC items in bags or boxes and applies patient labels with addresses and barcodes.
• Sorts completed orders by delivery route and prepares shipments for delivery or mailing.
• Maintains inventory by stocking shelves and organizing products daily.
• Assists with loading, transporting, and staging completed orders for distribution.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Reports inventory, maintenance, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
