About The Position

We are seeking a 100% Remote OT/ICS Security Architect for a 6-month contract. This role involves leading meetings and workshops focused on Industrial Control Systems. The architect will conduct OT cybersecurity assessments, including IEC 62443 and NIST CSF 2.0 cyber maturity assessments across various industries. Responsibilities include providing insights and actionable mitigation strategies for identified issues, analyzing OT network and system architectures, network traffic, and logs, and identifying/supporting the design of OT security controls. The role also involves developing policies, plans, and procedures that comply with applicable regulations, designing OT cyber solutions, and supporting the implementation of network segmentation, access controls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. The architect will develop actionable recommendations and roadmaps for fortifying OT environments against cyber threats, support the development of comprehensive OT cybersecurity policies and procedures, and define OT cybersecurity standards. A key aspect of this role is providing relevant OT cybersecurity insights and collaborating with team members to deliver client solutions. The ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years identifying & articulating potential OT risks, the associated impacts, and recommendations for effective risk mitigation.
  • Prior Experience developing security strategies for OT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • Prior Experience Analyze OT network and system architectures, network traffic, and logs.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of OT/ICS systems, architectures, protocols, and forensic analysis techniques.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IEC 62443.
  • Experience with NIST CSF 2.0.

Responsibilities
