As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will support cybersecurity initiatives across data center operational technology environments, from asset discovery to segmentation and risk assessment. You will be responsible for helping our clients protect critical OT and industrial systems while coordinating closely with site operations, automation, and IT teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in OT cybersecurity or industrial control system security
  • Experience with OT cybersecurity or industrial control system security
  • Experience in Data center, critical infrastructure, building automation, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, or ICS environments
  • Experience with Network segmentation and secure remote access concepts for OT environments
  • Experience with NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or comparable control frameworks
  • Experience with OT asset inventory, risk assessment, remediation tracking, and operational documentation
  • Experience with Cross-functional coordination with facilities, operations, automation, IT, and cybersecurity teams
  • A passion for bridging the gap between IT security practices and OT/industrial environments
  • Ability to work safely and effectively within live operational technology environments
  • An undying concern about the unique operational risks of protecting OT and industrial systems
  • A willingness to coordinate closely with site operations and automation teams on the ground
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Industrial Controls, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to support readiness activities for audits and regional OT cybersecurity workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Support OT cybersecurity initiatives across data center operational technology environments
  • Assist with OT asset discovery, inventory validation, segmentation support, and control mapping
  • Support OT risk assessments, remediation tracking, and risk-based prioritization for OT environments
  • Coordinate with site operations, automation systems, physical security, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders
  • Support OT cybersecurity standards, procedures, runbooks, and operational handoff documentation
  • Assist with OT security tool deployment, configuration validation, and integration with cybersecurity reporting where applicable
  • Support readiness activities for audits, assessments, and regional OT cybersecurity workstreams
