About The Position

Accenture is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Transformation Security Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and mission-critical industries. The specialist will research, analyze, and report on cyber threats targeting OT across various industries, including threat actors, their tactics, techniques, and procedures, geopolitical motivations, national security consequences, and the impact of emerging technologies. This position involves in-depth research and collaboration with Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams to produce cyber intelligence products focused on OT. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational and/or strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence products.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions.
Minimum 2 years of Operational Technology (OT) and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) consulting experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with industrial technologies and environments, including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and related industrial automation technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience with OT/ICS architectures, industrial communication protocols, and IT/OT convergence.
Proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years of experience providing consulting services to clients with experience in relevant industry verticals such as Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Healthcare.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with security analysis techniques, identifying indicators of compromise, threat hunting, and identification of intrusions and potential incidents.
Minimum 2 years of experience in deploying or supporting OT security sensors in operational environments.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in SOC's with security tooling such as OT NSM's, SIEMs, Endpoint Security tools for Operational Environments.
Intelligence analysis and reporting using various cyber intelligence models and frameworks.
Experience with OT security sensor/tool deployment.
Understanding of OT networks, systems, and devices and how convergence, integration, and digitalization impact the OT attack surface throughout multiple industries.
Experience in OT security program/governance development.

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and report on a broad range of cyber threats targeting OT across all industries.
Analyze threat actors who target OT, their tactics, techniques, and procedures, related geopolitical motivations, national security consequences, and impact from emerging technologies.
Produce finished operational and strategic cyber intelligence products, specifically focused on OT, through in-depth research and collaboration with Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams.
Analyze a client's security posture, anticipate security requirements, and help find right-sized solutions based on industry-leading practices.
Lead, influence, and execute on OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission critical industry environments.
