We are seeking an NP or PA with an interest in osteoporosis and post-fracture care to join our team at our academic campus, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). Assess and manage the health care needs for patients with low trauma fractures, osteoporosis, or high risk of osteoporosis, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention as well as the diagnosis and treatment.
