About The Position
Evolutionary Healthcare is expanding its physician-led team and seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Osteopathic Physician (DO) with experience in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Florida. Requirements
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility
- Experience performing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in post-acute, geriatrics, or skilled nursing facilities
Responsibilities
- Provide osteopathic manipulative treatment and medical evaluations in post-acute and skilled nursing settings
- Diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions using hands-on osteopathic principles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on mobility, pain management, and functional recovery
- Build meaningful relationships with patients in Florida communities
