OSP Construction Manager
About The Position
Our customer provides turnkey construction support across the Telecommunications industry supporting a wide array of customers/initiatives. Their OSP group has won a large contract in NM along the boarder to include, underground trenching/plowing, fiber runs, pole mounts, camera installation, etc. This work will be performed along side of Barnard (prime) in which they are in need of a construction manager to oversee field operations not limited to fiber installation via direct-bury, jetting, splicing, testing, electrical/equipment installation, yard operations, excavation, trenching, critical lifts, pole mounts, camera installation, etc. This resource should be able to manage internal crews, vendors, QA/QC, job oversight, field execution, control production timelines, motivate crews, client facing, light admin duties, reporting, project coordination, and close out duties. This work is built out until the end of 2027-2028 where the contract can end or if work is available extend contract with FTE opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations including fiber installation via direct-bury, jetting, splicing, testing, electrical/equipment installation, yard operations, excavation, trenching, critical lifts, pole mounts, and camera installation.
- Manage internal crews and vendors.
- Ensure QA/QC standards are met.
- Provide job oversight and ensure field execution.
- Control production timelines.
