About The Position

As a Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining comprehensive damage and recoup protocols for C&S Wholesale Grocers. Collaborating closely with our ADUSA partners, you will oversee the processing and return of at-risk products back into active inventory. This leadership position requires directing a team of up to 10 associates while ensuring strict adherence to the safety and processing standards of both organizations. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will facilitate organized daily start-up meetings, train team members, and provide professional, constructive feedback to staff and customers alike. Furthermore, you will leverage your computer proficiency and EXE system knowledge to conduct thorough root-cause investigations and drive daily operational excellence.
