We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded ortho spine PA to join our team and help scale the spine practice in the Edward-Elmhurst region. You will be the fifth provider on the spine team, working alongside two experienced spine surgeons and two seasoned spine PAs. This position offers a balanced mix of clinic independence and operating room involvement. You should be comfortable managing a substantial surgical and ambulatory volume and possess a mindset toward growth, practice development, and community outreach. The pay and benefits are competitive, and the environment is professionally satisfying. At Endeavor’s Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, we believe in combining clinical excellence, innovation, and collaborative spirit. As we expand our reach, we look for providers who share a growth mindset — not just maintaining, but scaling care, improving access, and elevating outcomes. Our team approaches each patient with respect, compassion, and a commitment to restoring mobility and quality of life. We see this role as more than just clinician work — it is a partnership in growing a spine program, integrating into the community, and potentially contributing academically. You will have a seat at the table for strategy, development, and shaping the future of spine care in this region.
