About The Position
EvergreenHealth is recruiting a full-time Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant to join its growing Orthopedic and Sports Care team at EvergreenHealth Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington. The role joins a trained and experienced orthopedic surgery team in a community-based practice focused on hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, and sports medicine. Work includes clinic, inpatient care, and surgical assistance. Some after-hours in-person responsibility, including nights and weekends, is necessary; most after-hours coverage is phone based. EvergreenHealth Medical Group is a physician-led, physician-designed group of more than 400 employed primary care doctors and specialists. EvergreenHealth is an integrated health care system serving nearly one million residents in King and Snohomish counties, with a staff of 5,000 and services across more than 80 specialties. The position offers a compensation and benefits package, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinic and inpatient care in orthopedic surgery.
- Assist with surgery.
- Provide after-hours practice coverage, primarily by phone, with some required in-person coverage at night and on weekends.
