About The Position

Well-established orthopedic group in the Florida Keys seeks a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving practice with a built-in referral network and immediate patient volume. Work alongside 3 ortho's 1 APP & an experienced clinical & administrative team. Practice focuses on general orthopedic procedures, including knees, shoulders & elbows while working closely w/referring physicians & specialists. Serving a population of over 100,000 residents, the community offers excellent schools, a vibrant downtown & convenient access to Miami, Key Largo & other nearby destinations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform general orthopedic procedures, including knees, shoulders & elbows.
• Work closely with referring physicians & specialists.
• Participate in a shared 1:4 call schedule.
• Utilize block OR scheduling.
• Work in state-of-the-art ORs and ASCs.
