About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty to join our premier Orthopedics department. Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency.
  • Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Utah (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform primary and revision total joint procedures, including hip and knee arthroplasty.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with degenerative joint disease and related musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care, aligning with Revere Health's commitment to value-based medicine and improved health outcomes.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with the local medical community to maintain and grow a strong patient referral network.
