The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Russellville, AL, to recruit an experienced and qualified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing surgical practice serving a diverse patient population. This opportunity offers a strong volume of orthopedic cases, experienced OR support, and a collaborative clinical team committed to surgical excellence.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active and unrestricted Alabama medical license
- Previous experience providing comprehensive orthopedic care
- Ability to manage a diverse range of orthopedic cases
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries
- Perform general orthopedic and trauma procedures
- Collaborate with surgical, clinical, and support teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in an on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays
