About The Position

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joints for their Largo Medical Center and Capitol Hill Medical Center locations. MAPMG is a physician-led group of over 1,800 physicians serving Kaiser Permanente patients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Adult Reconstruction Fellowship
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Responsibilities

• Primary revision hip and knee cases
• Dedicated OR time (1-2 days per week)
• Clinic days with 20-30 patients with MA and RN support
• PA oversight in clinic
• Regular collaboration with skilled arthroplasty partners
• Participation in 1:13 trauma call schedule at a level II trauma center
