About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Orthopedic Sports Performance & Joint Restoration Surgeon to join one of our valued client partners. This full-time, hospital-employed opportunity is designed for a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training or demonstrated expertise in Sports Medicine. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding an established orthopedic program while providing exceptional surgical and clinical care for patients with sports-related injuries and complex musculoskeletal conditions. Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
DEA registration or eligibility.
Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and patient relationship abilities.
Authorized to work in the United States.
U.S.-based applicants only.
Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon.
Strong expertise in sports medicine orthopedic procedures.
Demonstrates exceptional arthroscopic surgical skills.
Provides patient-centered orthopedic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
Collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintains excellent communication and documentation practices.
Meets all required qualifications while demonstrating several preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically treat patients with sports-related orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.
Perform advanced orthopedic procedures including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair, cartilage restoration, and related sports medicine procedures.
Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both operative and non-operative approaches.
Maintain an active outpatient clinic while managing a surgical case schedule.
Collaborate with primary care physicians, rehabilitation specialists, athletic trainers, and multidisciplinary care teams.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence.
Maintain complete and timely medical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Participate in shared call coverage as assigned.
Support continued growth of orthopedic and sports medicine service lines.
